GetHuman-310825: I had to call to cancel after the only option online was to pay $*** fee per person to cancel. After the long wait and listening to the automated voice try to convince me to do all my business online, they picked up and provided excellent courteous service and a full refund within * minutes. being on the phone for ** minutes sucked but was worth it for the extra $*** refund.
