GetHuman-413230:Valarie was not helpful at all and she was not a good listener. She also was talking while I was trying to get my point across as if my concerns were not important although I listened to her she would not allow me to get a word in. She was all over the place with what she had to say. She came across as arrogant, bossy and nothing else mattered but what she had to say. She confused me with the constant interruptions and fast talking. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she advised me that the supervisor is going to reiterate what she has said. I only want a simple payment arrangement for the full balance due of $***.** on the **st. According to Valarie there is no way that can happen unless I enter into some kind of agreement that's only to benefit JEA which is very NOT customer service friendly.
