~cmaynewall: I have no idea why everyone is saying they had good customer service. It was not good AT ALL! First off, the lady had me on speaker phone so I couldn't hear, let alone understand what she was saying, second, she sounded like she was inside of a house and watching tv in the background, third, she was not very warm and fuzzy and was actually quite rude to me!

~cmaynewall: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cmaynewall: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hulu's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cmaynewall: For that I would say four out of five.
