GetHuman-264581: ** minutes and counting waiting on hold for Amtrak Customer Refunds. This is the fourth time I've called this week, and as I work for a living, this is the longest I have been able to hold. Trying to get the e-voucher for a missed reservation (which they supposedly do automatically, but that did not happen this time). They can't process these at the station or anywhere else - they force you to go through this Department, which seems to never answer the **** phone. how convenient - for them.
