I got transferred to Todd. No answer. I left a message. No reply yet. **At one stop along the way the person I was talking to kept babbling on about how she was the wrong department and I should contact my broker instead, etc., I stopped listening after awhile. It took me three requests to finally get her to transfer me to someone I could actually have a two way conversation with. **It is almost beyond how incompetent everyone is I have talked to at Wellsfargo.
