~Dungy:I first signed up for coverage in Dec ****. January I learned the Ins co (Group Health) would not cover my needs after they assured me they would to get me to sign with them. Tried to change carriers myself and system at exchange would not let me in. Phoned the exchange for help. (My second call to them...wait time in excess of * hour) Person could not make the change either and decided to submit another application for me. System would not take it so she submitted another. After paying premium, waited * weeks and no response from Ins. carrier. Called Blue Cross (* hour on hold), they had not received my info from exchange. Conference call to the exchange, (hold time * hours), their computer showed I was covered. Blue Cross convinced her I was not. She sent 'ticket' to expedite my info. Two weeks and another premium payment, Blue Cross still does not have my info. I am currently on hold for "** minutes" with exchange trying to find out what the problem is. Two months premiums...no insu
