~Uber P.O'd: I did not know what surge pricing was....I was charged *.* times the actual rate. I was charged $*** for a ** mile ride. Totally unacceptable. I would never have used Uber if I knew the surge rate meant *.* times the total fare. I WILL NEVER USE UBER AGAIN! The vehicle used was not a late model and it was cluttered and dirty.

~Uber P.O'd: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Uber P.O'd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Uber P.O'd: For that I would say three out of five.
