~irritatedredcardgirl:This was one of the worst credit card customer services I have ever had to deal with. The automated woman asks so many questions that it took me several times through just to talk to an actual person. Once I got an actual person it was just downhill from there. The woman I spoke with had a very thick middle-eastern accent (at least thats what it sounded to me) so it was hard to understand her questions. Don't get me wrong she was a super nice lady but when I spoke she would cut me off mid sentence to ask if blah blah blah was what I was calling for. When I said no and continued with my question was when I knew she wasn't actually listening to me she was just trying to hurry the call along. I will admit I was probably a little rude, but when you have to repeat yourself * times it gets a little frustrating. My personal question was about a balance transfer which I had done from my REDcard to another account. My other credit card company that I did the balance transfer with messed up and
