~AZSPYDER: I have paid and used Pandora for a few years now. They sent out the email saying they were changing the billing process. April ,****. pay for a year. $**.** plus tax $*.** Total $**.**. I have been being charged this plus every month since $*.**...WHY BOTH??? I to date have sent Emails with out response.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AZSPYDER: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pandora Radio's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AZSPYDER: For that I would say two out of five.
