GetHuman-411819: I don't know where they are outsourcing their help from but it took her ** minutes to input my information correctly to pull up my account. After she finally managed to do so she could not understand the question I was asking no matter how many times i tried to rephrase it. I had to eventually just give up in fear she might do something do my account I did not want her to do.

GetHuman-411819: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
