~amanda72500: I had Dish Internet that did not work for me. I worked from home for half a day and used up all of my data. Increasing the data amount would not help. I had the service for less than ** days. I emailed this email address and received a response the next day. The gentleman that I spoke with spoke perfect english, understood my reasoning for canceling the service and promptly canceled it for me. Then sent a tech to remove the satellite from my home. This was * months ago and I haven't had any issues with billing since. It has been completely removed from my account as if I never even had it.

~amanda72500: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~amanda72500: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amanda72500: For that I would say five out of five.
