~Elbara: Customer service through this phone number was excellent, far more helpful than expected. However, "they call you instead" did not work, in a most annoying way. I got a callback and answered on the first ring, only to get a recorded message saying sorry we missed you, followed by a hang-up (maybe because it's Sunday?). Then I went to the telephone tree number, with good results.

~Elbara: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
