GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman4083: I am so disappointed in your services. I transferred internet service and equipment from one address to another in January. Received a phone call on February **th stating past due amounts. This account will be closed at the old location it was not. Been on the phone with charter communication on and off one day alone ** minutes plus supposedly sunday it is fixed. Wake up Monday morning no internet service highly recommend not to use charter for any of my friends family or anyone else. And due to my job I travel, I cannot be home to troubleshoot and I cannot schedule a tech. All this because Charter Communications cannot do a simple account transfer with equipment to one address to another without ******** it up
