GetHuman-rockerb:The number was for a sales department, but they transferred me to a human in customer service who *attempted* to help me. She was dumber than a rock and didn't know what she was doing. According to her, I work for a "cycligist" where we do "psycho testing". *Day **: Called back but ended up getting a hold of the same person I spoke to yesterday that gave me wrong benefit info. I asked to speak to someone else and she claimed there was no one else. I said is there seriously NO ONE else that works in your department? She admitted there was but was supposedly unable to transfer me to someone else. I told her I'd call back as I'd rather talk to someone else. So tried again later and got a hold of a different girl who gave me the same incorrect benefit info. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and she said she was right and I didn't need to speak to anyone else. I kept insisting. She finally said she would connect me to a supervisor. After being on hold for several minutes, she came back on saying *she* spoke to the supervisor for me and that I was actually correct but still refused to let me speak to the supervisor personally. These people need to either fire the idiots or properly train them. I'm SO glad I don't have to deal with them. I'm not even sure why a person that lives SO far south has BCBS-Michigan unless maybe their employer's corporate office is in Michigan?
