~janellewasrippedoff:I had a situation where I was violently robbed of my card and pin. I went to the bank the next day (it happened late), and was told to call fraud. It took * days*attempts to get B of A to listen and initiate a claim. *The card was accessed ** times in ** hours. I did not receive any notification about the unusual pattern. The bank was unresponsive so I asked a friend and Lawyer to call and follow up. This lawyer was on the phone with the bank for over * hours and we seemed to have the matter resolved. The claim was for over $*,***.**. The bank returned the money after *-* days, but only hours after returning it, the bank cancelled the refund and took back the money. (No call, or explanation). Upon speaking with a representative of the bank, I was told the claim was denied by the investigator after he looked at only one instance. The person using the card did not appear distressed so the investigator surmised crime had been committed and reversed the fund$ I was very concerned.and fol
