~JR: Hardly had to wait at all, and my issue was quickly resolved! MUCH better than their regular *** * and dealing with their "Julie" automated response system. I'm going to save this *!

~JR: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~JR: For that I would say five out of five.
