~irritated as heck:I purchase **.** in airtime cards and didnt realize I purchase the wrong cards that were not compatible for my phone. The customer service rep named Moh was rude and not help at all to me. When I ask to speak to his manager he told me he was a manager and next time pay attention to what I am purchasing because they could only credit me ** days of service so I just wasted my hard earned money to make my kids happy for Christmas. Now I'm forced to give my kids their new phones but only one is activated till me next payday. By the way I was on hold waiting for a supervisor for over an hour which I never got to speak to because Moh hung up on me. The whole time I was on hold I could here him and his co workers laughing and talking in there language( so rude) wont recommend this service to my enemy go elsewhere when looking for prepaid phone service they might appreciate you and your money better.
