~Furious and ill:Direct Merchants credit card services. Their representative are rude,deceptive, belittling,and experts at being BIG BULLIES! Especially when your phone calls are directed to the "special department" where they are supposed to be there to "HELP"!!!!! Paid **.**%. for * yrs.,never missed a payment,never Late. They said they could help me apply for the hardship program but not until they receive a payment of OH I DON'T KNOW, because every rep told me something different.I just called from someone's phone that I never called them with, so it didn't go to directly to certain reps. I spoke to someone with ethics and morals and was told that I had never qualified for their hardship program. this, after I was giving them all of my information several times including ASSETS with them flat out lying to me that they were applying me for the hardship program.THEY used the medical information that I had given them to try to break me!!!! I hope they got some really good laughs about the CRAZY LADY!!
