~FED UP WITH COMCAST! :Without a doubt the WORST company ever in regard to customer service. I allowed myself to be "abused" by remaining a customer for over ** years. I cancelled my internet and home phone but our HOA has a contract for the cable service, unfortunately. I'm always on hold forever, get a FOREIGNER OUT OF THE US who speaks English, but does NOT understand it, apparently as they stick to the "script" and don't answer specific questions. I was dumped cold into the que and had to start all over again. I then get another rep and I asked where he was located physically. He hesitates and then says the Phillipines. I said no offense to you, but could I please speak to somebody in the US and told him my previous experience to my call with him. He hung up on me! This is not the exception* this is the norm! I HOPE PEOPLE WILL START VOTING WITH THEIR DOLLARS AND TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I went to Centurylink because of Comcast's horrible service and they're slightly better, but not muc
