GetHuman-166832:What I would like to happen is get a product that I paid for. I paid for samsung galaxy s* even though it hasn't been a very good phone that is what I paid for. I got the Samsung because it's a good product now what was going on with that phone I don't know. This is what I do know I've had to return the Samsung galaxy s* four different times an the fifth I was sent a ZTE phone from straight talk and it's what I currently have right now I received this very poor quality phone on **-**-** an I've called them to send me other phone. The ZTE phone is very slow the color fades in an out their is several things wrong with the phone. I've used Straight Talk phone for * years an this is the *st time I've had issue with the product an what I would like to happen at this point is when I return this phone get a good quality name band phone like I should have received when I was buying it in the *st place. I was told that the reason I didn't receive a samsung galaxy s* is because they didn't have
