~acwithers:I have been a striaghttalk customer for over a year and have never had a good experience with their customer service. As far as cellular service goes, it was just ok, but that really depends on which phone you have and therefore which carrier you have. **I reported my striaght talk phone lost*stolen last weekend and then promptly ordered a new one from the straight talk website. I called in to activate my new phone. The ******** won't reactivate the month of service I just paid for. So I have to pay for another month. AND THEY WILL NOT LET ME HAVE MY NUMBER BACK. **Get this. Even though I bought my sim card from straight talk,it was apparently a t-mobile phone number (which I have zero control over) Also. I started service with Verizon in **** where I initially got the number. So how is it tmobile? I don't know. But straight talk doesn't have the authority to reactiviate my new phone with existing number. **I am livid. This will be my last month with straighttalk. I don't even want to
