~frustrated:We were to get a * month free trial with SiriusXM. However, we couldn't tune into it. I called and was told that the radio ID and acct info was wrong, and I needed to call back with my VIN*, and they would give me my *mo free trial, no problem. I called today and got a rep that had horrible listening and speaking skills. I asked for a supervisor & got one, MONICA. I explained to MONICA our situation and what we had been told. MONICA says we have to go back to the dealer. REALLY? She said she could do nothing. I asked so you won't help me ? She said I can't, not true MONICA. Then silence then she asks is there anything I can do for you ? REALLY? She agains states she can't do anything... well MONICA what you can and should do is get out of customer care because you **** at it. SiriusXM you really should do better with the training of your customer care reps. the two out of two today were terrible!! love to hear your feedback*excuses for such a lame Customer Care team. Oh, mus
