~what is this?: the technician did not solve the problem, he told me that samsung will work on the app. So the app is ill conceived. The problem started when samsung updated the Samsung Note app, It should never have uptdated it because before that the device and the app were working wonderfully. Too bad.Samsung sofware developers are unqualified.
