~I will not give you any furthe:I had originally gotten my subscription to People through one of those discount magazine services. When People offered me the opportunity to renew again, I did it directly with the company for over * years for a total of over $***.**. However, they DID NOT follow through with delivering the magazine to my home, even though they had the correct address and apartment number and attempts to contact them about this matter were not returned. I originally got in touch with a REAL person and after "flying off the handle to them" and threatening a lawsuit with them for not following through with good customer care, I cancelled my three year subscription and asked them to credit my credit card. Believe me, I'll be watching to see if this is taken care of properly. I wouldn't recommend People magazine to my WORST enemy and I've never experienced such absolutely terrible and uncooperative customer service ... they are terrible!!!
