~L: PLEASE turn the music off or at least down. It gave me a bad headache. Awful. I bought two sets of this phone and was told it's not very good. I paid Comcast to come out twice, thinking it was in the line. It was the phone. I think I should have been offered a discount on a new one. I will not purchase panasonic again. I had others of panasonic for ** yrs. and they were great. These are cheap and lousy. But most of all, get rid of the d... music.
