GetHuman-165755: Piece of cake! Used web phone, informed them that I lost my gamepad in luggage from trip, and they replaced it. Sent to my house for $***.**. They called it " a one-time exception" and that they normally do not sell the gamepad seperately. The company was very helpful and fast. Package due to arrive in two days with two-day shipping and two day processing (*-* days total).
