The problem arose when she could not find the subscription on my account.*She requested a call back within a day to check on the account once again. The subscription came from an online site promising free samples of products. How the subscription was generated is unclear.*I will be calling back for an update. The representative indicated she could cancel the magazine completely and authorize a refund. I am crossing my fingers.
