Not to mention they were telling me that during those two years, no one opened an account which is strange because how would they let go * years of electricity serving an apartment with no one claiming the bill...so then they decided to tackle me with unknown back balances after I said that I opened an account the day I moved in. my now ex girlfriend and my son moved somewhere else in town and I left the JCP&L territory only for me to get calls from her saying her account was terminated due to MY debt which the bill from the old place is under MY name. I went through this battle with JCP&L and my ex which now involves her landlord because he can't get service turned on his own property, until I learned about the Board of Public Utilities. I made an email complaint to the board, and magically I get a call at **am with a fri
