I tried using a coupon they sent me with no exclusions. Turns out there are exclusions on gold. That was not noted on the coupon. The girl on the phone tells me that she will honor it for only one item even though I was buying * items. I told her "you know what sweetheart, obviously I am a bother to you. This paying customer is wrong to you. I will take my $***.** somewhere else. $**.** is so precious to you, that you just lost a sale. How does that feel?" She was speechless. I hung up. Done.
