~anonymous: So sad. My physician faxed and called in my RX for migraine headaches. That was on May *, ****. It is now May **th and so far nothing. Repeated calls either go unanswered or the customer rep. tells me lies. He said that he would allow an override so I could pick up my medication at my local drugstore today. Went there and of course no override was done. It has been * weeks since my neurologist faxed and called in this medication. Oh well--nothing new for this terrible company. There is no such thing as customer service. Express Scripts has run itself into the ground. Bye.
