~Steve: getting a rep in the Philippines that I can't understand is very frustrating and waste my time. I would suggest the Dish management go through the exercise in trying to get a problem resolved to see how difficult the communication issue really is. I wasted a good hour in trying to get someone to help me to determine if Internet and VOIP service can be bundled with my current TV service and was unable to get an answer. This is not the level of service I expect from Dish, if saving money with foreign service is your priority then you have your priorities all wrong because I am considering changing over to Direct for better service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DISH. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DISH problem?
~Steve: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Steve: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Steve: For that I would say five out of five.
