~sadsadsad and frustrated:Not only does this complaint form not allow adequate space*room to clarify the duration of my call wait(its always days!), the amount of concerns from people who are simply trying to get answers about financial stability and their livelihood is appalling. I have experienced the worst call system that is always busy, a lack of other ways to contact to ask simple questions(email or an online profile of my benefits) I have also experienced times when I finally seem like Im going to get through only to have an operator answer and hang up on me b*c its close to *pm!?!to which I call back and receive a message that "the offices are now closed". What a sad state of customer services in an area where people really need help and clarity. Is there not a governing board to review and address this ongoing debacle of treatment for those in need!
