~anonymous:Called a total of ** times in a row between *:** pm and *:** pm. Most of the time it went straight to the busy tone. Twice it went through and I actually heard the line dialing, but then the line would just get cut off. Luckily on my **th try, a lady named Deborah (who sounded like she had the most boring job in the entire world and she had been trapped in a dungeon for ** years doing ONLY this) picked up after only * minute of waiting. Surprising, given all the complaints about wait time. As sad as she sounded (Her responses were very short, blunt, and monotonous), she processed by request extremely fast. I had asked for a reissuance of my driver's license which was sent to an old address. She said they issued it as of today and it would arrive at my housein about * or * weeks. Done and done. Could definitely use better customer service though...and a hug. Many hugs...and a red bull maybe.
