~A:Coat I ordered did not fit. Called the local store to see if I could exchange for next size. They did not have any idea what I was talking about, as if they had never heard of doing an online exchange in store before. Could not help me. Sent an email to their customer service. They told me to call the local store. Ha! Emailed back saying I tried that and got no where. They emailed me back with a customer service phone number. The first time I called I spoke to a friendly operator who said he would put me through to the right department. I waited on hold for ** minutes then hung up. I called back, and this time the operator did not answer, my call went straight to an answering machine. I sent another email reply saying that I was getting no help from their phone number and was willing to just return the coat instead of exchange it if that would be easier, since no one was helping me. Never received a response to that email. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY AGAIN. AWFUL A
