The rep wouldnt even listen to the circumstances.**A few days later the gas gets cut off. I call them and explain the situation, telling them I must have it back on. Again I was told SORRY- CAN'T HELP YOU. **A cold front came in- and we were freezing, could not cook and could not shower. I have * kids. I called again the next morning- because I could not take another day like that.**The rep gets on the phone and does not even listen to the circumstances- she quickly says to turn it back on we have to talk to your husband. Once again I explained that he is in the hospital not
