~WB=PoorService:I've called twice, and sent * e-mails to the WB Shop. I ordered * *D Movies * months ago, * of the * movies I received was wrong! I called the WB Shop, waited on hold for ** minutes and hung up! I called the next morning, waited on hold for * minutes. The lady I spoke to acknowledged they had shipped me the wrong movies, and stated they had the correct movies in stock. She e-mailed me a return UPS Shipping Label. I had to drive ** miles round trip to the nearest UPS Drop Box! Jason at the WB Shop signed for the movies over * weeks ago! I've e-mailed the WB Shop * times, and only got * response. The response was from Kylie, she stated she pulled my file, and they would look into it. She stated they would ship the movies if they're still in stock. The movies were in stock when I placed my order, they were in stock when I called about receiving the wrong movies. It's not my fault some idiot picked the wrong movies! It's been a week since I received the e-mail from Kylie, still no movies!
