~Very Disappointed:I was calling to get help receiving my additional ** bonus minutes using promotional code *****. Though I had used this code successfully many times, until the last time, when I had needed help, the people I spoke to kept telling me, over and over again, that the promotional code was good for only one use, though this was obviously not true. No matter how many times I told them that I had used it many times before, they just kept repeating this to me over and over again, like robots. I never did get my additional ** bonus minutes, even though they had been promised to me in a text I had received from TracFone, even though I called * times. And they couldn't*wouldn't tell me why I kept getting that text. I don't like doing business with a company that doesn't keep its promises. Also, I really don't want to be prejudiced, but I never did get to speak to anyone whose first language was English, and I noticed that the stronger the person's accent, the more unhelpful the person was.
