We left and gathered everything and returned. She said she was afraid my mom couldn't us the phone we got. She then said we had ** days and it was ** days and she couldn't do it after all. She was very rude and then just started talking with the other employee. The first visit took * *** hours. Now I have to go on Amazon and get her a $** flip phone unless you are able to help me. My mom is ** years old and can only do the basics. Two days late...I need to figure out how to get away from Sprint to a company that works for the consumer. The store we went to was in Redbank, SC.*Above the maximum minutes was ** so I put that. The time limit needs to be increased.
