She said the funds were there and the check had cleared. **I called the bank again & they assured me that I would get my money released to me once the funds were there. **Except... That never happened. **I called on Saturday and encountered two useless representatives who could do nothing about the problem, since the department was not open that day. **I have never encountered such horrible treatment from a bank & once I can get my funds out of there...
