You ask me to fax the receipt for my payment. What I did with own my money. Two days after my lines were still disconnected again. I called customer service again. They tell me that they have not received my fax and to fax another one I did it again. I make care to call your number escalation. They reassure me that they will do some researches on my case .This morning, my lines are cut one again. What is this bad joke, this is unacceptable! You are very bad.
