It would appear that I owe no interest if what " Line Instructions" says means any thing. Isn't that true. The telephone operator insists I still have to file **** and for the life of me mI can't figure out how do that even though I have two graduate degrees. I've spent almost six hours trying but the numbers don't ever seem to turn out right. Can anyone help?
