When I explained this to her she said that she had to transfer me because I was hurting her ears. She just transferred me so rudely. I asked the next rep for a supervisor and he hung up. There is no sensitivity there when half the state is unemployed. I did not ask to be laid off from a job that I had worked for *years. She was so rude that I just couldn't help crying uncontrollably. People should practice being more kind.
