~betteroffbuyingityourself: total bs,waited over a hour to speak with someone to get a replacement phone. only to be told that i need to call ANOTHER number to get my id*. another hour later i was told that since i have moved that cannot get a "replacment", that i need to reaply. so i figured i could just have it shipped to my first address....and they told me that since i moved they had just canelled my other account(all in the brief time we spoke) and the only thing i could do is reaply, and send them ALL of the info i had ALREADY sent in. (also the only reason i even spoke to someone is because i called both numbers and went through every option until it FINALLY gave said "transferring u to an operator" SMH worst cust service exp in a LONG time....and that is just sad, i get better service at social services
