~screwedbysafelink: This has got to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever tried to deal with. They made mistakes on our eligibility review, so we are penalized by having our application rejected. They don't want to hear that they are the ones at fault. According to them, they don't make mistakes, and even if they did it would be up to us to reapply and provide the same documentation again......this is insanity!
