~Sheila Wedell: The woman I spoke with was pleasant, the connection was a bit "muddy" so it was hard to understand her unless she spoke slowly. My issue was trying to cancel my service when I discovered I no longer qualified. I was worried about penalties if receiving when not eligible. Finally resolved! I can keep phone and buy tracfone minutes. System improvement recommended.

~Sheila Wedell: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sheila Wedell: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
