~Sheila Wedell: It is impossible to talk to a human, automated system was all that I could get. The option I was looking for was not offered on the menu of options. What I was looking for was a way to let Safelink know that I miscalculated my annual earnings and I am no longer eligible for the service. How do I cancel so I am not penalized? Do I have to send the phone back? Can I keep the phone and just buy minutes? Frustration level is at ***% PLEASE HELP!
