~laura johnson: I have called for the last *months about my replacement phone and still haven't received it! Again they just told me I have to wait another *-** days. This is very very pport service. I should be shipped my phone express for your mistakes and the *** mind. That is my only source of contact. Please email me back at *****@***.com ASAP.

~laura johnson: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~laura johnson: For that I would say one out of five.
