~Patricia Pirko: I did not get to talk to a customer service agent. Its is saying that my phone is being processed. I have no idea what this is about. My phone is not working properly and want a new phone. I have called SafeLink all day today and talked with no one. This is terrible

~Patricia Pirko: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
