~chiccorinne: Have no idea what the words customer service means to this company All I want to do is reactivate a replacement phone - I had lost original phone and got replacement in a day but have spent * *** hours off and on all day to get someone to understand what I need and then when someone said "you are all done and active now" NOTHING HAPPENED Still no service after all this and I am going to go to payment plan as can not go through the language barrier any longer - my sanity is worth the extra out lay of monies

~chiccorinne: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chiccorinne: For that I would say two out of five.
